Round-up: Weekend's senior camogie club championship action

The AIB Club Championships rumbled on this weekend, with three senior provincial semi-finals down for decision.

In Wexford, Oulart-the-Ballagh booked their place in the AIB Leinster Senior Club Camogie Final with a 2-17 to 3-05 win over the reigning Leinster champions, St. Vincent's of Dublin. The sides were level at half time with St. Vincent's finding the net twice, but Oulart's experience and superior work rate saw them pull clear in the second half and secure their place in the provincial final.

Meanwhile in the other Leinster decider, the 2023 All-Ireland champions Dicksboro (Kilkenny) were in impressive form, overcoming Birr (Offaly) on a 3-17 to 0-04 scoreline. The Kilkenny champions hit the ground running, building an early lead. Birr battled gamely but struggled to break down a resolute Dicksboro defence. The result sets up a much-anticipated Leinster Senior Final between Oulart-the-Ballagh and Dicksboro.

In the Ulster semi-final, it was Derry vs Antrim for a spot in the decider. Loughgiel Shamrocks (Antrim) produced a commanding performance to march into the AIB Ulster Senior Camogie Club Final after a powerful 7-11 to 0-05 victory over Slaughtneil (Derry). The Shamrocks' attacking strength proved unstoppable as they now prepare to meet the Down champions, Clonduff.
